Truly enjoyed our beautifully decorated rooms.
Got Wheelchair Accessible room with an elevated level and amazing views, as example as expected. Coffee/tea makers and glassware were a nice touch. The hotel has stunning and exceptionally nice location just off water taxi and the restaurant which also has a stunning view of the lake and the waterfront. Stunning and magnificent location to Menthon Castle. 20 km to the airport. Welcoming staff and altogether a nice experience. Panoramic and reasonably spacious room plus a balcony and an iron with ironing board.

Butter and cheese were good. The location in a fantastic area was stunning and nice and there were the main shopping centre and shops nearby.

We truly enjoyed the hotel and Menthon-Saint-Bernard, had 1 special day there. The location was perfect and quiet, near the lake for dinner, and the hill overlooking the lake. It also was directly on the lakeshore. The property's staff was incredibly professional and professional. The food for breakfast was delightful, butter and cheese.

Everything was as excellent as it could be. The restaurant was nice for dinner here, I had excellent dishes. All the staff were welcoming and polite. Even the Meythet airport was not so far, 25 minutes drive away.

The restaurant was pretty good with a great breakfast, we ordered light dishes. The location was magnificent and wonderful, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. Café Tweedle Tea located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

We had a memorable time at a lakeside hotel. The location was breathtakingly beautiful, and we enjoyed our meals in the restaurant with a stunning view. The comfortable rooms were well equipped, and the service was excellent, especially the breakfast selection. We also enjoyed their sports facilities and the spa treatments. However, we felt disappointed by their child-unfriendly policies.

Unfotunately we got a small room with a very small windowand it wasnt a special price as all lake view rooms were 130 euros at this time of year.H owever the hotel and grounds were very special.

The view across Lac d'Annecy from most rooms is spectacularly beautiful, and the hotel has a decent stretch of provate waterfront and a swimming platform.
Service at breakfast was pretty poor, and the food was unimaginative and mediocre considering the extra 15 euros charged for it.

Lots of food at the breakfast, including butter and cheese. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed room with nice view. Incredible spot near the restaurant at 19:30 as well as the main centre.
